CASINO ROYALE

From the moment that I've learned that Daniel Craig was chosen to play as the new James Bond, I got a little doubt that he will fit the bill for a James Bond. Imagine a blond James Bond.

But by the time the movie was shown, my doubt in Craig's portrayal of James Bond banished. He got this aura of James Bond, suave.

Not only was Daniel Craig's portrayal was new to the series, but the movie became more serious and shift in to full gear in terms of slam bang and high octane action. Also the Bond girls here are beautiful especially Eva Green.

Although the gadgets of Q were missing, the brilliance of Sony Ericsson at that time was showcased. Well of course, Sony and Columbia Pictures is somehow related.

I can consider Casino Royale as an instant classic and one of my Top five James Bond film.

KRULL

Next to Star Wars, this is my second favorite sci-fi movie when I was a kid.

This one has it all, adventure,action,romance,drama.

I just love this movie up till now, my kid also love it and maybe your kids will love it too.

starring Ken Marshall and the beautiful Lysette Anthony.It also stars Liam Neeson when he was still an unknown actor. Directed by Peter Yates.

WATCHMEN

This comic book adaptation will surely rock the summer of 2009.

From the visionary director of 300, Watchmen sure is another one great visually stimulating film.

Although this time, it's more on the dark side of the superheroes.

Can't wait for it till it hit theaters next year.

One of my top movies to see next summer.

SCORPIO NIGHTS

This is probably the Hottest Erotic Film of the 80's.

With a simple story,but with a lot of sex scenes to boot. This movie remains one of my all time favorite Pinoy Film. This movie is still unmatched in terms of the thrill it will give you while watching this movie. Sexual Betrayal at its best.

Peque Gallaga did a great job directing this film.

Anna Marie Gutierrez bares it all in this film. Too bad for the English speaking people, you wont understand what they're saying.

I guess you just have to find its DVD with English subtitle. Truly a masterpeiece.

TRUE LIES

James Cameron and Arnold Schwarzenegger had done it again. After T2, comes True Lies. Just when you thought spy movies are dead. Think again.

Somehow True Lies have revived the interest for spy movies when James Bond seems to be missing in action.

This movie is one of Arnold's greatest non sci-fi movies. The action and story line is just awesome.

Jamie Lee Curtis is also sexy in this movie.

THE CROW

Now that there are lot of blogs and discussion about Heath Ledger and Brandon Lee similar fate.

I think that it would be best to post The Crow, the film where Brandon Lee was accidentally shot to death.

Both of their character wear this gloomy face of a clown, kinda weird don't you think.

Anyway, The Crow was my favorite movie of Brandon Lee. Shown in 1994, The Crow was just too dark and it's a visual feast for those who like Gothic theme movies. Hope you liked this one.

BANGKOK DANGEROUS

This new movie from Nicolas Cage is set to be another slam bang action caper,just like his good old movies.

If you wanna travel to Thailand,well take a peek first to the place where you're headed.

FAST & FURIOUS

Vin Diesel is back in the new Fast & Furious movie.

Also returning are Paul Walker and Michelle Rodriguez for the series.

After ruling the Tokyo Drift, the Fast and the Furious series goes back to where it belongs.

This movie looks promising and exciting.

Too bad,we have to wait till next year.

BABYLON A.D.

Another action caper which stars Vin Diesel. It will be shown this week.The trailer look quite impressive.

The trailer itself is worth seeing.If you like the movie The Fifth Element,you will also like this one.

BEETHOVEN

This 1992 film is probably my favorite dog movie of all time, not only because it's funny but it also has heart, fit for the entire family.

Dog Lovers will surely love this film, especially those who loves the breed of St.Bernard.The Beatles music also fits into this one.

Beethoven is a funny,hear warming family picture you and your family shouldn't miss.

STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE

Alright before we head out to the theaters this Friday, for Star Wars : Clone Wars, let's look back at the very first Star Wars.

The very first movie that last a lifetime impressions for those who have seen it.

Star Wars has created a new dimension for me when I was a kid. The first time I saw Luke fly an X-Wing, I dreamed that I was also flying an X-Wing. How about you ?

Now on Friday, Star Wars Fans its time to troop to the theaters.

Star Wars fans out there, Rejoice, because The Clone Wars is soon to hit hte big screen this August 15.

I love Star Wars, and the Clone Wars in Cartoon Network, s I guess this one is gonna be big.

It doesn't matter if it was in CGI. I am sure you're kids will love it.

GHOSTBUSTERS

Who would forget the Ghostbusters ? The movie was such a big hit during its run in the 80's. From the song to the costume to the logos to the toys.

They made people loved them, and also the toys were that great, my favorite is the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

Also, if you wanna see Sigourney Weaver at her sexiest, this movie is the one. You can see Sigourney Weaver spreading her lovely nice long legs wide apart.

Just love this movie, and my kid is also loving it.

Bill Murray,Dan Aykroyd,Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson stars as the Ghostbusters from Director Ivan Reitman.

Rick Moranis also stars in this one.

THE MUMMY : TOMB OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR

After several years, Brendan Fraser is back once again with a brand new adventure, this time he's fighting Jet Li. Too bad, Rachel Weisz is no longer in this movie, but another hot babe fills her shoes, Maria Bello.

Also, Rob Cohen directs this film where Stephen Sommers give way.

STEP BROTHERS

Will Ferrel's movies have always been funny and wacky, now he got a new one, Step Brothers.

Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly will play coddled guys who live with their respective single parents. Their folks fall in love and marry, making the guys stepbrothers. From the team that brought you "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" and "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy."

JURASSIC PARK

Probably the movie that I've seen where there are a lot of people screaming and shouting in terms of excitement.

Jurassic Park is the first film I think that perfected the use of CGI . Almost all of the dinosaurs look real.

SHREK

There are blind mice in his food, a big, bad wolf in his bed, three little homeless pigs and more, all banished from their kingdom by the evil Lord Farquaad. Determined to save their home--not to mention his own--Shrek cuts a deal with Farquaad and sets out to rescue the beautiful Princess Fiona to be Farquaad's bride. Accompanying him on his mission is wisecracking Donkey, who will do anything for Shrek... except shut up. Kids still enjoy watching Shrek after all these years. This one is a classic.

THE HILLS HAVE EYES

THE DARK KNIGHT

This science fiction remake looks amazing with today's technology compare to its original movie.

It stars Keannu Reeves and Jennifer Connely.

ROBIN HOOD : PRINCE OF THIEVES

This is one of the most exciting movies of 1991. I love it the very first time I saw this movie, and I still love it now.

Never bores me when I watch it. The action, the drama, the suspense and the songs are just very memorable and exciting.

One of the greatest Robin Hood movies ever made.

It stars Kevin Costner, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Morgan Freeman, Alan Rickman and Christian Slater.

HELLBOY II : THE GOLDEN ARMY

Hellboy's back in his brand new movie and this movie looks bigger than the first one.

The visuals is also far better than the first. Go Check it out.

HITMAN

This movie based on the popular video game HITMAN is quite respectable and quite good compared to other movies based on video games.

Timothy Olyphant plays Agent 47 and the sexy Olga Kurylenko is the lead heroine.

Olga Kurylenko is so sexy in this movie, that she exposed her boobs here. So if you wanna see her boobs. See this one.

QUANTUM OF SOLACE

It's Daniel Craig second outing as James Bond.

And just like his first portrayal of the super spy, Quantum of Solace looks more action packed and fast paced James Bond movie.

Also stars the sexy Olga Kurylenko,last seen in the movie HITMAN.

HANCOCK

Last time we saw Will Smith, he was fighting of zombies.

This time he stars as Hancock.

Will Smith plays a drunk superhero who inadvertently messes up all his heroic deeds until Jason Bateman steps in to guide his gifted career.

WALL E

Two new highly anticipated movies will be shown this week.

First is Wanted, which I already posted in my previous post, Wanted caters more to mature audiences.

Second is Wall E, Disney and Pixar new family film.

Wall E will surely makes a lot of kids curious about him, and I am also curious about him right now.Because my son always ask me where does Wall E comes from ? What does he do ? Does he have any superpower ?

So I am glad that it will be shown at last, I'll be relieve of the questions about him. Go check out Wall E's trailer.

PATRIOT GAMES

It's raining time, this reminds me of rain scenes in movies.

Back in 1992, Patriot Games was shown starring Harrison Ford as the character created by Tom Clancy, Jack Ryan.

This movie had one of the thrilling raining scenes in the movie history. The climax of this movie was just so awesome. I loved it when Sean Bean's character gets personal with Jack Ryan.

I consider it a classic now because of its intense action sequences and the heroics of Harrison Ford portrayal of saving his family.

OLD SCHOOL

Probably one of the funniest movie of 2003 or yet the funniest movie of 2003. Old School reminds us everyone of college life, brotherhood and sex.

Old School is one hilarious,knock out,wild and funny movies I've ever seen. Best watched with friends or buddies.

It stars Luke Wilson,Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrel.

CLIFFHANGER

This is my one of my favorite movie of Sylvester Stallone. I first saw it in 1993 when I was a freshman at college. I remember during Christmas that year, that all of our family is almost complete and as a treat, we watch this movie in video.

That is why when I watched movies,it does not only bring back the film but memories as well. Some of my Auntie and Uncle were still alive when we watched this one ,and also my mother and grandmother. I remember my Grandmother shouting towards to Stallone , kill those bastards. It was fun and memorable experience.

It was an exciting one and non stop action from start to finish. One of Stallone's best movie and also by Director Renny Harlin.

WANTED

This new Angelina Jolie action caper looks heavy on awesome action sequences. Not only we see Angelina Jolie in action, but see her sexy lips and beautiful body in motion once again.

GET SMART

Steve Carrell portrays Maxwell Smart, an agent for the movie Get Smart. If you're looking for a funny movie, look no further because this one will make you laugh.

The trailer alone is funny, I bet that the movie will be funnier.Plus it also stars the sexy Anne Hathaway.

THE INCREDIBLE HULK

This movie I personally think would be better than the HULK shown in 2003. Why ? Because Hulk looks more realistic and have some detailed features.

And of course, first time on the big screen Hulk versus The Abomination. That would be one huge fight.

Prepare to fall in line for the tickets tomorrow.

THE RING ( JAPANESE VERSION )

This is probably the scariest movie I've ever seen. No Horror film has ever raised my hair to chill except this one.

If you haven't seen this one yet, better rent it now.

My only reminder, watch it alone and in the night, turn off the lights, and be prepared for the scariest movie ever.

MY BEST FRIEND'S WEDDING

Probably one of the most romantic movie of the last decade. My Best Friend's Wedding is a great date movie. So great that I've seen it with my girlfriend then, now she's my wife.

We still love this movie and watch it again once in a while.

Stars Julia Roberts, Dermot Mulroney and Cameron Diaz.

THE HAPPENING

This new movie from M. Night Shyamalan looks like the same with I Am Legend, although this time there are a lot of survivors.

M.Night Shyamalan movies has always been interesting and creepy, it was always toward the end of the film that the twist is revealed.

So I am telling you to watch it from the start. It stars Mark Wahlberg.

GLADIATOR

One of my favorite movie of all time. Gladiator. Winner of 5 Academy Award including Best Actor for Russel Crowe and Best Picture in 2000.

Somehow it revives my interest for historical or period film. Don't know why Ridley Scott never won the Best Director. He should have won it for directing the Best Picture of the year.

This movie launched Russel Crowe into a box-office star.

THE X-FILES : I WANT TO BELEIVE

Mulder and Scully are back with a new movie THE X-FILES : I WAN TO BELIEVE. After almost ten years. David Duchovny and Gillian Andersen reprises their roles for the sequel to the big hit movie The X-Files.

I am pretty sure that the fans of the X-Files TV series are very excited and eager to watch this one.

My favorite among the Lethal Weapon series. Why ? Because its so wacky and funny, plus some great action scenes they've got there.
